Comment
The reason I put a 6 for friendliness is due to an experience I witnessed whilst waiting for my treatment. Some younger staff members can be quite 'two face' when answering the phone, they were nice and pleasant on the phone and happy to attend the request booking but then whilst still on the phone they changed and were giggling and whispering to the girl next to them and making rude faces and shaking their head and rolling their eyes. All the staff i have personally had have been lovely and respectful but that experience does make one wonder, what these girls might be saying about me behind my back? Wellsprings isn't the cheapest salon, as brilliant as they are, they could work more packages competitions, or vouchers so that we are getting more than one treatment for our money. Apart from these areas above that need amending, Wellsprings is fantastic i certainly did recommend them to several friends whom are now with their services.
