I loved the person who did my waxing. I thought it was rude when i walked in that 2 staff members were at the front desk chatting. Quickly acknowledged me, saw me looking at stuff but never offered assistance. Just told me to sit., and they kept chatting the whole 10 minutes i was waiting.

It was absolutely amazing! Could not recommend higher especially whilst pregnant it was wonderful! (Samantha’s hands were so bloody soft it was very relaxing!)

Beautiful, calm and clean place! Staff are all super friendly as well! Only issue is I went in for a Brazilian wax and had quite a bit of hair left over, also had some wax left on my body which was hard to get off later.

The facial I chose was an amazing experience and Alissa was brilliant - I am very happy. I chose to use the complimentary sauna voucher as I have never experienced any sauna. I didnt think I would cope but it was okay - I took the pain relief program. I very much enjoyed the rest and relaxation between sauna & facial in the back room with a herbal tea. Only negative feedback was that I wasnt told to bring towels when booking (I wasn't charged), when I was taken into the sauna the instructions weren't explained well enough and I didn't know I had to set a program. if Alissa hadn't come in with towels and asked if I had used before & set program for me I would have just sat there.
