I believe for the price of the wellbeing package u should get what is stated in the description! Eg no tea snack and the $20 credit is not stated that we could see that u had to spend money before recieving the $20!! As my husband said all the lady said to him was I would also receive $20 to spend in the shop!! After that I came out feeling like I wished I never had the package given to me. I felt like it was all rushed

Overall a great experience. + the therapist who looked after me and the treatment - reception staff. . She seemed a little preoccupied and robotically versed in her 'good morning, welcome to Wellsprings Day Spa' Too I was in had obviously had a water leak in roof, so when laying in bed looking up, that's what you are looking at. About time to replace a couple of the ceiling panels!
