the lady doing my massage has a cough. I understand its coming into winter season but giving the massage is meant to be relaxing it would make sense to me to give her a week or so off to get over the cough. your advertising should also state '60 minute session' not '60 minute massage' as I got on the table at roughly 15 minutes past my appointment and she was finished 6 minutes before the end of the session. this happens every time. im honestly not sure why I keep coming back.

I cant recommend Wellsprings Day Spa highly enough. I have had several treatments over the past 3 to 4 years & they have all been of a very high standard. The staff are very friendly & professional, the atmosphere is very relaxing & calming. The gift vouchers are great presents for birthdays & xmas. Im one very happy customer. Thankyou to the team at Wellsprings Day Spa, i will be back again & again & again...
