I have been having my waxing done at Shepparton for quite a few months now. The service I receive is excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Yesterday for the first time I visited the hair salon and Emma looked after me. To my surprise on my arrival I received a mini massage which was just lovely. I explained to Emma that I had allergies with different colour dyes etc. She went to so much trouble making sure that the products were suitable for my hair. She was fantastic. I have had no irritation over night and feel confident that the product will be fine for my needs. I look forward to my next visit and thank the team at Shepparton for all their help. If it wasn't for your lovely waxing girl (I feel bad I cannot remember her name) I would not have attended the hair salon. She is so careful with my waxing and is always so particular to make sure everything is perfect.

My first visit 4 weeks ago was wonderful couldn't fault the service or advice right from booking to finish I felt valued and Like they wanted to genuinely help me get ready for my wedding. But this time I just felt like an unconvince to the receptionist - she wasn't very welcoming and seemed to rush me out the door and i felt like I was annoying her when I rebooked for another months time. The therapist left my eyes with dark circles under them and tiny bits of hair and wax on my face, she wasn't very gentle with my delicate eye area compared to the girl I had last time who was amazing. I wasn't offered any advice and she didn't talk to me about anything before we started it was like she just wanted me in and out asap. I'm sorry I hate leaving bad reviews and I have been to wellsprings a few times now and it's been a wonderful experience every other time, I was just a bit disappointed this time.

I only had a few points that I was a little bit annoyed with with my aroma massage today, I wrote on my consult form I like my pressure deep and the therapist was a lot lighter than I expected throughout and I had cold towels put on me instead of hot ones which was a little bit disappointing but overall she was really nice made and made me feel comfortable and I did dose off for a little bit because I was very relaxed and it was a wonderful room and environment to be in.
