Always have an amazing experience everytime I come here. Doesnt matter who I get, they are always super friendly and the environment is super relaxing! I've been coming back here for everything since my first massage 4 years ago and I'll continue to keep coming here for as long as I can.

The facial I chose was an amazing experience and Alissa was brilliant - I am very happy. I chose to use the complimentary sauna voucher as I have never experienced any sauna. I didnt think I would cope but it was okay - I took the pain relief program. I very much enjoyed the rest and relaxation between sauna & facial in the back room with a herbal tea. Only negative feedback was that I wasnt told to bring towels when booking (I wasn't charged), when I was taken into the sauna the instructions weren't explained well enough and I didn't know I had to set a program. if Alissa hadn't come in with towels and asked if I had used before & set program for me I would have just sat there.
