For the past two appointments, I arrived at the time I'd booked and had been confirmed via text/phone call, only to be told I was running late and they would have to rush me through as another client was waiting. This isn't good enough. When I book for a particular time, I expect to be treated at that time, not rushed and not told I'm late when I'm not. Do NOT rearrange appointment times without telling people or double-book your staff.

Got a Brazilian wax, wasn’t as thorough as it normally is. The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, environment was clean and calm!

I had the de-Stress massage with kerrie-annne and it was the most amazing relaxing experience I was nervous going into wellsprings this morning for my first massage and I couldn't have been made to feel any more comfortable. I will be coming back for another massage near Christmas. 11 out of 10.

Such a great bunch of people that made my experience extremely comfortable and very much enjoyable, so much so that I will be back in a week!
