Another wonderful experience. This time I did not hear the Nintendo track (maybe you felt the same and removed it?) My therapist was lovely, she remembered little things about our last conversation (do you take notes?) anyway, it makes the experience a bit more personable. All the team seemed to be having a great time - did they all drink the tea? It's really refreshing to enter into a positive environment, it makes you feel welcomed. I spent about an hour at the spa which was very time efficient for all the services I had done. Cheers again guys, I'll see you soon - who knows when Mario or Luigi will make an appearance again.

although me hair cut is nice the experience isn't the same that it usually is with Bree , this time just felt like going into any old salon I didnt get that same feel of special experience. I left feeling a little underwhelmed , instead of that spa treatment feeling.

I had a hair treatment, cut and blow dry with Atina (apologies if I got her name incorrect) but she is a 3rd year apprentice. I honestly thought she was a professional the way she cut and blow dried my hair. She gave me great ideas and played to my hairs strengths if I could say. She was really polite, friendly and I loved the extra pampering of a welcome neck massage, head massage and hand massage. I will definitely be back.

I sat in the chair for 5 hours and have never been that long with a full head of foils before. The hair dresser specifically asked what I would like focused on and it said my roots - however I walked out (after 5 hours) and felt like I probably needed to book another appointment else where as they really looked no better.

lovely service but when i booked for a full head of foils was quoted $250 which was already on the very expensive end but was told i had to pay $290 at the end. Was also there for 3.5hrs which meant that i missed an appointment another appointment completely. Iv never had my hair take so long or cost that much at shoulder length, don't think ill be back to have my hair done again when its that expensive and takes up so much of my time.
