Always so pleased how welcoming and kind everyone is as soon as you walk through the door! Astyn is my is go to girl, she is always so kind, passionate and helpful. Esra is also so lovely and I’d recommend anyone who wants to get their hair done to go see her! :)

I found the salon a little chaotic with the product sales area next to the waiting area - I was hoping for a more relaxing start to my experience. I enjoyed my massage but was disappointed that I had to wait for 20 minutes and did not get the full hour that I paid for.

The toilets were filthy, 1 had no toilet paper and the rubbish bin was full. The floors hadn’t been washed for days. It clearly looked like the cleanliness of the entire place has been let go since my last visit. Looks like trying to cut costs. No complaints about my treatment though. But for a place trying to look professional, cleanliness is top priority.
