Another fabulous job by Brea. I took the plunge and cut my hair short to just above my shoulders. It was quite long. Brea ensured I was 100% comfort with my decision before the first cut. I also had a Demi colour done. I have never coloured my hair before. Brea was great with her knowledge and advice in a colour being chosen. The end product was great. Brea my me feel comfortable with the whole process. Starting from the welcome massage to the final brush stroke. Loving my new look.

You offer gift vouchers as an enticement to people using your service, however the terms and conditions are so restrictive that they are worthless. In particular, not being able to use them with other gift vouchers that have been purchased and paid for in full. This experienced put a sour note to an otherwise delightful experience and left me feeling disappointed rather than exhilarated

I booked via email for a facial and toner, I then got an email back saying yes to confirm vitamin c facial, toner and hair cut. I replied with no I don’t need a hair cut, just the toner. I then received a confirmation email saying ok no worries see you then. Not once was it mentioned to me that I HAD TO receive a blow dry and pay $70. After receiving my toner I was asked how I wanted it dried. I said no thanks I’ll just leave with it wet and dry naturally. The hair dresser insisted and ask just let me have a play. I reluctantly said ok.. Then when I go to pay I get told it’s $70 for a blow dry I neither wanted or needed as I would just tie my hair up on leaving. Never was this mentioned to me that it had to be a cost along with the toner. It should have been mentioned up on booking and then again when I emailed back saying I specifically only wanted a toner. It takes me from spending $185 to $255 and that’s just money I do not have. I should t have had to pay for it. And I’d the girl wasn’t already holding and tapping my card I would have refused. I will be seeking a refund! I had high hopes for this salon, thinking it would be my go to for all skin and hair treatments. What a let down!

Shower in room had a strong musty unclean smell and it ruined the experience. There was some times where I was waiting for her to set things up and get things sorted. Felt like sometimes during these times when there was breaks that maybe she was checking her phone. I booked this experience to relax but just
