The staff were friendly and welcoming. They made me feel completely at ease. And as someone who does not feel comfortable undressed in front of others this was great. The staff made me feel normal.

I was disappointed that my 30 minute appointment was finished in19 minutes. When I mentioned this I was cheerfully offered a further hand rub but if I hadn't watched the time I would have missed out.. Perhaps some hand reflexology for the price would have been more therapeutic instead of just a rub It is grossly overpriced I'm sorry to say
