Girls during my sister, my mum and my treatments were exceptional. Polite, kind, lovely. Space was clean and well set up Carla was wonderful in organising the schedule so we were all in at once and could enjoy the time together.

I was a first time user of the 1/2 hour massage treatment of my feet, back, neck and shoulders. It was from a gift voucher that I gave to my wife as Mother's Day pamper pack, but she felt uncomfortable in using that part of the pack on herself, with strangers touching her, especially her feet. With 17 years of marriage, my wife must prefer my massages on her, so long as I don't touch her feet.She was unaware that there's a hair salon and other beauty treatments that she could have used, but she gave back the voucher for me to use.I'm glad she did, because it was the most relaxing experience I've had in a long time and the stresses of work, Christmas and life in general, that had built up in two knots in my neck were massaged away.The service was excellent and atmosphere very calm and relaxing. The only constructive criticism I, can offer for first timers is to fill in the paperwork when the appointment is made in person or over the phone or on line, so when the client comes in for the appointment they can start relaxing and switching off into the capable hands of your well trained staff.If clients are like myself a bit stressed, hence the reason why they are there in the first place, we don't want to swich on our brains and fill in forms just before our eagarily awaited appointment.

it would be more hygenic if there were clean towels used for each client, the towels that were on the bed had hair and wax on them....yuck!

My only comment would be on the music. It was a little loud for me and Zi didn't really like the tunes. They seemed a bit "haunting" to me. Also I would have liked an explanation of what was being used. I do understand it is meant to be a relaxation Thanks Jan
