Overall a great experience. + the therapist who looked after me and the treatment - reception staff. . She seemed a little preoccupied and robotically versed in her 'good morning, welcome to Wellsprings Day Spa' Too I was in had obviously had a water leak in roof, so when laying in bed looking up, that's what you are looking at. About time to replace a couple of the ceiling panels!

often when getting your hair done you have to wait a while between getting hair treatment and cutting. Might be just a bit busy for the girls.

The music was not really in keeping with what we usually hear while receiving a massage- it was I was told "tribal"- not really conducive to a relaxing massage. also the sound was not able to be turned down in the salon I was in for my treatment- Room 1? it had a shower accessible. shame- otherwise Katie was amazing a great person to have massaging me with all my sore spots. Thanks Katie.
