The toilets were filthy, 1 had no toilet paper and the rubbish bin was full. The floors hadn’t been washed for days. It clearly looked like the cleanliness of the entire place has been let go since my last visit. Looks like trying to cut costs. No complaints about my treatment though. But for a place trying to look professional, cleanliness is top priority.

The atmosphere and experience was lovely. However i was disappointed initially when my gift voucher and accompanying book of options was not recognised within weeks of the purchase - owing to an overall of the services offered. i feel this should have been explained when the purchase was made, considering the changes would have been underway at time of purchase - in the end I went from a 2 hour product for $200 - to an 80 minute product and i still owed $10. I think greater flexibility or more transperancy would create more confidence in the companies good will.

I received a lovely massage to loosen up my aching muscles from carrying around my baby and it was great. I used a gift voucher I had received as this is not something that I would buy myself - being a single income household with 2 kids it would be a little too expensive for me. However it was definitely a good gift to have been given as it is unusual for me to find time to do anything like get an 80 minute massage in a nice room with nice music and nice scented oil instead of a quick 10 minute loosen up in a chair or curtained bed.

probably cant get in when I really would like too, so not a place you can really decide to come to on short notice which for me I would use a lot more is so.

Was really impressed with the ease of booking online and being able to pick my own date and time quickly and simply. Best part was I found an appointment at a really busy time of year AND received a prompt response to confirm. Excellent service and friendly staff :)
