Message for Kylie CONFIDENTIAL Outstanding, friendly staff, but I must say I had actually intended to ring you Kylie, but when having massages recently i notice, doors banging, staff and clients talking very loudly, laughing and general clanging and banging has been distracting from my massage experience. We can hear planely conversations. " she looks awful without make up" other comments which is unfortunate as clients pay a fair price but it about the whole experience and I think this is necessary to mention this. I get a lot out of the beautiful service from the lovely staff. There is one staff member who I find a difficult an unhappy person whose demeniour is distracting too. I notice she seems quite aloof, and bordering on bossy to the other staff. I find her manner challenging and I am relieved when I don't need to interact with her. Astin is absolute gold I would like to let you know she is amazing and I appreciate her gentle and caring nature. Thank you Coll

Hot stone massage was fabulous, I just wish it had included a head massage. I was 5 minutes late so maybe that's why it was not included. For the price maybe they could have included one and a hand massage.

I love the Wellsprings environment, it is so relaxing and inviting. However I was a bit disappointed this time with the length of my treatment and the actual massage itself. My 1 hour massage only went for about 40 minutes which was disappointing and I found the service to be quite different to what was described in the menu. There were specific body massage and areas mentioned in the menu which I was told wasn't included in todays session.

Please note that Kellie was very attentive and did a brilliant job. My only issue was the temperature of the wax. It has never been so hot previously. I was also left to "dismount" from the seat alone. I believe that this is a Occupational Health & Safety issue. Many people don't have the physical strength or balance to descend onto the lower level. Maybe a hand rail or similar could be added.
