Alyssa was fantastic! I've have been before and had the staff member (it wasn't Alyssa) talk to me about breathing, thinking of peaceful things etc - all of which irritate me (silence is the best relaxer!). Alyssa was very professional, didn't prattle on and did a great job! She was wonderful.

Upon arrival was greeted warmly and shown to where the waiting was. Wasn’t long before staff showed me change rooms with lockers and asked to change to robe and head down to lounge. Here the view exceptional, over looking park with gums and river in the background. Large windows, warm fire, relaxing music, calming tea and comfy seats made for the stressed to unwind. The massage in another room, was very relaxing with all the senses feeling the sensual motion of gentle hands over the body. Even the head massage was enlightening and enjoyable. The whole experience is well worth the time and money. I wish to thank the staff at Wellsprings spa for an amazing experience.

The massage was very relaxing and I was managed to be fitted in to have my hair done aswell-receiving a complimentary cut and blowave topped it off, will be back again soon for another treatment.

I really enjoyed my facial my however there was no real skin consultation or discussion about what I wanted to achieve from the facial. I felt I had chosen the wrong one. The therapist didn't really understand the products but applied them well. Overall I was happy.
