As you know I love Wells Springs and have been going there for years. I love taking new customers to experience the same feeling I have when I leave there. Friday 1st August I took my best friend and we had 2 lovely young ladies but we were never asked how the pressure was and my lady used a very soft pressure that felt more like a glided tickle. I understand that some staff may be new and that they may forget some of the standard questions. Normally I feellike allmy aches have gone after my session but I didnt on this visit. This will not deter me from continuing to use WellSprings Day Spa but if I dont tell you you wont know. Thankyou and see you on my next visit.

my day spa day was exceptional... I would like to thank Kate for arranging it all for me and making some great recommendations...The lovely lady who did my massage and facial (sorry can't remember her name.... I was put into a coma by her!) was brilliant and very professional and I would highly recommend her to friends and family... The new treatment i had (candle wax massage) was so relaxing and a little bit different than a normal massage and I have already people about it! I had a hair treatment and had the lovely new apprentice did my hair... She was very sweet, but if I can give her any advice, she asked me how I would like my hair blow dryed and I explained with lots of volume... (I have really fine hair). Normally this means they use the biggest fattest brush to get lots of air at the roots.... My hair was a little flat...she used a very small roller brush and put some lovely curls at the ends, but it was very flat... I am sure she will get better with experience ... thanks girls you did a wonderful job as always!
