Massage & people were lovely. Everything about the place nice and relaxing. The only thing I'm disappointed with is how much of the 1 hour treatment was taken away with foot scrub and waiting for her to come back in room after leaving me to get changed. The whole thing was just under 1 hour. Also no treatment to arms or hands. Rest was lovely great pressure & technique

I think if you pay for a certain time you should get the whole time not get less as they took you in late and a little high on price. Service was ok thanks

I sat in the chair for 5 hours and have never been that long with a full head of foils before. The hair dresser specifically asked what I would like focused on and it said my roots - however I walked out (after 5 hours) and felt like I probably needed to book another appointment else where as they really looked no better.

I did say at the time that I was happy with the nails, but once in the car and home and able to have a good look, the French finish is terrible. Not straight and a very small line. I did think it was thicker in store. Also I have two large blobs of shellac on both of my thumbs. The shellac is also already lifting on a few nails as it was set on my fingers. I don't like doing this and fell terrible, but it isn't the best shellac French ive had.
