Absolutely love having a massage at Wellsprings and will definitely continue to have them. However, in just this recent experience I was left a little disappointed. Was disappointed in the room with the bright sun shining through the window with the curtains doing very little to darken the room as I am more familiar to being in quite a dark room without a window. A machine warming hot stones (which were not in use during my massage) was positioned right at my head, making quite a loud ticking noise throughout and loud air vents made it difficult to relax. I found this disappointing for a $180.00 massage. My masseur did absolutely everything in her power to accommodate for me and was extremely professional, however this did cause disruptions to the massage.

This was my first eyebrow wax, tint and eyelash tint at wellsprings. I would not likely have this service again as the service did not deliver on my expectations. Although the environment was very relaxing.

i had a voucher for a 90 minute facial , but i received 6o minutes of facial time and 5 minutes of a foot cleansing instead . i'm very disappointed about when i queried this i was told that we no longer do the 90 minute session . the voucher was not honoured properly .

Lauri - beautiful fluid motion throughout the massage which rolled quite naturally into the facial. This experience was perfect. Lauri, do not change your style. It was relaxing, rhythmic, not rushed. The room was cold and unfortunately, until I was completely covered (just prior to the facial), I was COLD. I told Lauri "not much I can do". Massaging feet, my shoulders were COLD. This affected the massage experience. Facial - would have liked a scrub to be included. Otherwise, this was fantastic. Our group of four was set up in the back room for our "communal spa pedicure" - honestly, this was crap. Uncomfortable seating. The treatment was very poor. Suggestion: do not endeavour to have the group of 4 together! None of us were impressed by this setup. It was disjointed. Also, interesting we filled out a sheet at the beginning, but then the girls asked the same questions ... was the questionnaire merely to get our contact details? As the girls had clearly not read or comprehended the notes we had written.

Remind the therapist about what services you booked at the start as they forget and it really ruins the experience

its very confronting to find all the staff behind the desk after my massage, I felt like I was intruding on their personal conversation.
