Although my hair feels nice, and the colour would be pretty if it was what I was after.... but I’m disappointed massively with the colour. I walked in after having a hair consultation 2 weeks ago to make my blonde a little more natural. A sunkissed blonde look. Natural looking as I could get it with my actual hair (dark blonde) I’ve walled out with a light brown with very very slight blonde undertone in the right light. I even showed her photos of what I was after. Fair to say what I’ve left with is not even remotely close and will take a lot of getting used to. Unsure if I’ll be back. $200 for a hair job that was t what I wanted is a little disappointing

The spa itself and staff were all lovely. However, I had my nails done and within the week they were starting to peel and had little spots in them and I don’t believe my voucher was honoured properly. Otherwise was a nice visit.

I had a lovely pedicure today. Unfortunately I have been terribly upset since. I was charged a cancellation fee for having to re appoint from a previous appointment I was unable to keep due to ill health. I had called three times the previous day to re appoint but was the phone went unanswered and there wasn’t a recording that I could leave a message. When I called first thing the following morning, the girl I spoke to said I wouldn’t e charged the cancellation fee after I explained to her of what I had tried to do. I have been a client for many years. Today has upset me greatly. I fully appreciate that you have a business to run and can’t afford to have people cancel at late notice. Fully understand that. What is upsetting is that I actually did try to re appoint, but if I can’t leave a message then it’s impossible to give notice. I was suffering from a migraine. I don’t have control of these. I had a stroke nearly two years ago and as a result I have a permanent brain injury. This leaves me with constant headaches, anxiety and depression. I try really hard to live a normal life, but I can tell you it’s a bloody struggle. Today’s extra $50 charge on top of a $115 treatment was more than upsetting to say the least.

The hairdresser did a great job with foiling my very thick hair. However there was some miscommunication with the toner ( I wasn't even asked she just chose) and I dont like the colour its too warm. I also wasn't told it was an extra $50 for a treatment just that I was having it. Service cost $435 which I wasn't told until paying- was way over my budget and I won't be going back based on price unfortunately.

Beautiful, calm and clean place! Staff are all super friendly as well! Only issue is I went in for a Brazilian wax and had quite a bit of hair left over, also had some wax left on my body which was hard to get off later.

Went there for first time for hair colour. Color didn’t turn out well as I expected it to be.
