Hi it is my second visit to the hair salon: the staff is friendly and professional but I have few comments: I had no welcome massage on arrival (I had one last time I visited the salon in December) and the client who arrived just after me had one ! double standards! the end result was partlty satisfying: just tips at the back of my hair (that looks very nice) but the final result is rather disappointing the colour looks sad I wish I had tips on the top and on my fringe (specially for the price paid) it would had brought some sunshine and softness. My final comment I did not have the price list of the services and I find the global price fairly expensive. I hope my comments will help. kind regards Cathy

Hi guys, I was in the hair lounge this evening and received a blow wave and treatment. The experience was wonderful and inviting, however I was a little let down by a few things. I was not offered a beverage on my arrival or during the service which was disappointing after a long day at work and the price that I was paying for this service it would have been very greatly appreciated. I also feel as though I received very little interaction from the stylist, who was also very slow in her service. If these points could perhaps be bought to the stylists attention to ensure that her clients are feeling most satisfied when leaving, feeling as though they have got the ultimate experience and value for money. i was over charged and when i rang to double check the price i was told they would get back to me the next day. after waiting a week i contacted them and they told me i now have a credit there for my next appointment. but i had to do the follow ups not them and i dont think that was good enough.

I want to be clear I love the team at wellsprings, I am indeed great fully supported by a third party to attend in treatment and quality of life enhancement to which I am very greatful. However today I felt it was very rude to not have been pre warned about the price increase prior to treatment. I usually book ahead and I am encouraged to do so. I think if I book a service it is booked in good faith that it will be at the price I am aware of. Today with a double treatment booked for what would have been 100 to addition to my 180 x 2 to account. I did purchase an item of $20? And another of 14.95. My costs I think we're almost $85 dollars more than I was anticipating. I pass this information on in good faith and in the manner this feedback is sought. I advised those attending to payment today that will unbook my half hour facials I usually have after 1-1/2 stress fix massage. The staff who added up account at no time until I queried cost did they mention any price rise. No descrete sign to prompt and advise. Regards Colleen
