Just wanted to say that Emma did an absolutely amazing job on Friday night under very difficult circumstances. After a client had a chemical reaction on their hair she managed to deliver a great cut and colour and fix what appeared to be a very serious problem. If she had not acted quickly and calmly the customer could have lost her hair. She made sure all of her waiting customers were cared for and attended to during the wait and really did a fantastic job under the circumstances.
