Zen Day Spa Overview
Our focus is always centred on the health and wellbeing of our clients.
Choose from our range of indulgent spa packages, all designed to help restore and calm the mind and body. Lift your spirits with our signature Recovery package – the perfect way to wind down after a hectic week. This 3.5 hour package includes a hydro-active mineral salts body exfoliation, hydro-wrap with scalp massage, followed by a refreshing mineral salts spa bath, rejuvenating facial and a Swedish or remedial massage.
Alternatively, pop into our urban sanctuary during your lunch break or after work for great massage of different types, waxing, an eyelash tint, spray tan, manicure or facial. At Zen Day Spa we use Dermalogica, the number one skin care brand chosen by professionals around the world.
Zen Day Spa is located at 116-118 Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst and is open seven days a week;
o Monday to Friday - 10am to 8pm
o Saturday - 8am to 8pm
o Sunday - 10am to 7pm
Complimentary parking is provided at the Spa (acces from Victoria street after Tropicana cafe and before Star Car Wash - call us in advance since sometimes parking might be busy
From Monday to Thursday between 10am to 4pm you’ll enjoy up to 20% off all the majority of our your treatments, thanks to the newly launched Zen Happy Hour.

Comment
The massage therapist was very kind; the treatments were okay. However, the appearance of the spa and the room was disappointing. Usually when you walk into a spa, there is calming music and it smells nice, of essential oils, etc. That was missing at this location. The rooms and the decor of this place in general weren't very impressive either. I also recall the floor in my treatment room feeling a little sticky. I probably wouldn't go back.
